The font used for "Dirty & Smiling" in the header image is called "Quares" and is available in freeware for Windows. You can get it from 1001 Fonts, along with many other font resources.

The header image itself is based off a popular poster of Ani that was formerly offered by the Alcorn Studio & Gallery and can now mostly be found on Ani trading websites or on-line auction sites. You can see the original here.
