This isn't an exclusive clique. At all. That's not what its about. There are just a few ground rules.

• No pornography, racism, or anything else offensive/illegal.

• No excessive swearing. It gets old after awhile, don't you think?

• No pages of just links.

• No broken graphics. Hint: if all of your images are .art or .bmp files, guess what? No one can see them.

• No Expages or Maxpages. That's a flexible one, though. If you have a good Ex or Max site, I'll consider it.

• Real URLs please. No "come.to" addresses. Give me the real one. I hate pop-ups.

• No Britney Spears. Sorry, ain't happening.

• No fan sites. I might make some exceptions to this rule in the future, but not now. I'd like to see a site about yourself. How can I know if you really are your quality if its a site about someone else?

• Don't submit a clique or webring site. Submit a personal site. A site with content.

• Have the code on your site by the time I view it. Heck, put it up before you even hit the "Submit" button, I don't care. Just have it up. No second chances.

• The most important: love yourself. I don't want to see websites with a lot of self-hatred on its pages. If you have that kind of website, this clique is obviously not for you. You can always submit that type of site, just don't plan on being accepted.

Fit the requirements? Then go pick a quality.
